It will now be easier to complain or review private medical facilities and their staff in the region.
That is due to the launch of a new E-service by The Ministry of Health & Prevention (MoHAP).
It is aimed at improving the quality of the health system and innovating smart solutions.
The online service will also tackle issues raised over staff and care levels with the aim of raising standards with the support from the Ministry of Health & Prevention (MoHAP).
Sanctions will be put in place if facilities or staff are found to be at fault.
