Major projects in infrastructure, energy and Emirati workforce empowerment topped the agenda at the latest Ministerial Development Council meeting.
Discussions also focused on draft policies on environmental protection and e-commerce, along with recent economic and investment studies.
His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, chaired the high-level meeting with ministers and senior officials from federal and local government entities across the country.
He praised the collaborative efforts of federal and local teams and stressed the importance of aligning national plans to maintain the UAE’s global competitiveness.
The session was held on the sidelines of the UAE Government Annual Meetings in Abu Dhabi.
