Abu Dhabi police honoured a nine-year-old girl for helping her sick mother during an emergency.
Muhra al-Mahri was able to dial for help and carry out the instructions to help her mother until the emergency services arrived on the scene.
The Directorate of Emergency and Public Safety applauded the fourth-grader from Al Rayanah School for taking stock of the situation with a calm mind.
In an interaction with the students of Al-Rayyan School the officials reminded them to dial 999 in case of emergencies.
