A number of senior officials and representatives from the Sharjah Airport Authority have participated in celebrations to mark Saudi Arabia's 89th National Day, which falls on 23 September.
The celebrations included handing out flags and flowers to inbound Saudi tourists as a symbolic gesture reflecting the strong relations between the two countries.
The Saudi visitors thanked the Chairman of Sharjah Airport Authority and the staff and employees of Sharjah Airport for their initiative.
Several attractions across the UAE have planned a host of special activities to mark Saudi Arabia's 89th National Day.
It includes a star-studded line-up of concerts in Dubai over the weekend and on Monday.
