South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol will begin an official state visit to the UAE on Saturday.
According to the national news agency WAM, the Korean leader will hold talks with President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The leaders are set to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and review "regional and international issues of common interest".
Suk-yeol is also scheduled to attend the World Future Energy Summit as part of the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week and meet a number of state officials.
During his visit, the South Korean leader will visit strategic development projects in the UAE as well.
