President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has held phone discussions with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin following Iran's attacks on the UAE and Arab countries.
The leaders reviewed its wider impact on regional as well as international peace and security.
During the call, both sides called for an immediate halt to the military escalation to prevent the expansion of the conflict in the region and to prioritize dialogue and political solutions in addressing the issues.
