The UAE has announced 672 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 50,141.
According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), more than 54,000 new coronavirus tests were carried out across the UAE.
It was also confirmed that one person has died from the virus, bringing the total death toll to 318.
Meanwhile, 489 people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 39,153 in the UAE.
