UAE announces 894 new cases of COVID-19 and 4 deaths

The UAE has announced 894 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 26,898.

According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), the numbers were reported after more than 43,000 coronavirus tests were conducted nation-wide.

Ministry officials revealed that four people have also died, which makes the total number of deaths 237 in the country.

Meanwhile, 946 more people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 12,755.
