UAE condemns attack on US Embassy in Lebanon

The UAE has strongly condemned an attack that targeted the US Embassy in Beirut.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement stressing the importance of protecting diplomatic missions in accordance with international law.

It also reiterated the UAE's firm rejection of such criminal acts and all forms of violence that undermine security and stability.

A gunman fired shots at the American Embassy in Lebanon on Wednesday and was injured in an exchange of fire with the army.
