The UAE is advising its citizens currently in Japan to exercise caution due to potential high tides affecting Miyazaki Prefecture following a strong earthquake, which briefly triggered a tsunami warning.
The embassy in Tokyo has stressed the importance of following all safety instructions issued by local authorities.
In case of emergencies, UAE citizens are urged to contact the emergency numbers 0097180024 or 0097180044444. They are also advised to register with the 'Tawajudi' service.
