The UAE has extended its condolences and solidarity with Lebanon over victims of a military facility explosion in the Tyre district in southern Lebanon.
In an official statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) conveyed sincere condolences and sympathy to the victims' families, the government, and the people of Lebanon over this tragedy, wishing a speedy recovery for all injured in the explosion.

According to Reuters, the Lebanese army stated that six soldiers were killed, with others wounded, while they were inspecting a weapons depot and dismantling its contents in the military camp.
An investigation was also held to determine the cause of the blast, the army added in a statement.
