President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has held talks with Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Kuwait, at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.
Sheikh Fahad delivered an appreciation message from Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the upcoming one-week celebration of the longstanding historic ties between the two nations starting January 29.
The meeting also discussed ways to strengthen cooperation across various sectors to serve mutual interests and support the development goals of both sides.
Discussions also covered the importance of reinforcing joint Gulf cooperation to advance the shared interests of all GCC member states.
Earlier, the UAE president also met with Azerbaijan's Minister of Justice Farid Ahmadov.
The meeting addressed ways to build on the growing partnership and cooperation between the two nations in areas of shared interest.
