The UAE's President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held talks with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Thursday.
During the phone call, the two leaders highlighted the great strides made in the UAE-UK relationship in recent years, and discussed ways to enhance those ties in various domains.
They also exchanged views on regional and global issues of mutual interest, including the international repercussions of the Ukraine crisis, especially regarding energy and food security.
Sheikh Mohamed and Johnson stressed the significance of working together to develop the foundations of peace and stability at regional and global levels.
