The UAE has expressed its condolences and solidarity with Georgia over the victims of a landslide in the Racha region.
The disaster resulted in numerous deaths and injuries and caused significant damage to infrastructure.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) extended the UAE's condolences to the government and people of Georgia, as well as to the families of the victims, and its wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.
The landslide took place on Thursday in Shovi, a small resort area in Georgia's mountainous northwest region.
