Firms in the UAE can allow their employees to avail of flexible working hours when the weather conditions are unstable.
That's the word from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), which explained that the decision is centred around the safety of workers.

The guidelines were set by the ministry's Circular 8 of 2018, which also urges employers to educate workers about road safety tips.
The reminder comes as the UAE braces for unstable weather conditions over the next couple of days.
