Dubai Police have been lauded for their efforts in busting a major international drug smuggling syndicate.
The anti-narcotics department recently seized over 5,600 kg of Captagon pills in an operation dubbed ‘Pule 2’.
They also arrested four gang members who were planning to export the drugs to another Arab country.
His Highness Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior has praised the officers behind the successful operation.
He received the investigating team in the presence of Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police.
