The Yemeni President, Abd Al Rabbah Mansour Hadi, is visiting a military base in Lahij today. According to Yemeni sources, he is being updated on military preparations in the city, which is in between Taiz and Aden. More military reinforcement arrived in Taiz to support the Yemeni army and the Saudi-led Arab coalition forces to continue their fight against Houthi rebels. Earlier on, the Saudi-led Arab coalition carried out air raids against the rebels surrounding the presidential palace west of Taiz.
