Chelsea beat West Ham to go third

Chelsea have climbed to third place in the English Premiere League after beating West Ham.

Eden Hazzard scored twice to help the Blues to a 2-0 victory at Stamford Bridge.

The Belgian forward has been linked strongly with a move to Real Madrid in the near future.

The result sees Chelsea climb above Tottenham and Arsenal into the third spot as the teams battle to secure a Champions League spot for next season.
