Jorge Masvidal will face Kamaru Usman in the headline bout at UFC 251 in Abu Dhabi on Sunday.
He replaced Gilbert Burns in the last-minute after he reportedly contracted coronavirus.
Masvidal and Usman have both tested negative for COVID-19 and will now fly to Abu Dhabi on Monday.
Alexander Volkanovski will defend his belt in a rematch against Max Holloway, while Petr Yan and Jose Aldo will battle for the bantamweight crown.
