Manchester City win third straight League Cup

Manchester City are the Engish League Cup winners for the third successive season.

Pepe Guardiola's men defeated Aston Villa 2-1 in the final at Wembley.

Sergio Aguero and Rodri gave City the lead before Mbwana Samatta pulled a goal back for Villa.

City have now won all six finals they have been involved in since Guardiola was appointed manager in 2016.
