Filipino boxing champion Manny Pacquiao was attacked outside a restaurant in Los Angeles. Media reports say Pacquiao was heading to the parking lot when a tall man tried to punch him but was restrained by the boxer’s aides. The eight-division champion remained calm while the assailant reportedly continued to verbally attack Pacquiao. Tighter security has been put in place for the Filipino boxer who is set to fight Timothy Bradley for the third time on April 9 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
