Rajasthan Royals have kept their hopes of qualifying for the Indian Premier League (IPL) playoffs alive.

They beat Mumbai Indians last night by five wickets with new captain Steve Smith hitting an unbeaten half-century to guide his side's chase of 162.

Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals have moved to third place in the points table with a rare win at home.

They got the better of Kings XI Punjab as half-centuries from Shikhar Dhawan and Shreyas Iyer led Delhi to a five-wicket victory.
