Granit Xhaka is no longer Arsenal's captain.

Gunners' boss Unai Emery has confirmed that the midfielder has been stripped of the captaincy.

The 27-year-old was heavily criticised after he was involved in a confrontation with home fans last month.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will now take over as skipper.
