'One dead and nine injured' in Finland college attack

One person has been killed and nine others injured in a violent incident at a college in Finland.

It took place at the Savo Vocational College located in the Herman shopping centre in Kuopio, police said on Twitter.

One person has been taken into custody, but his motive remains unclear.
