Spain ranked healthiest country in the world

Spain has overtaken Italy to become the world's healthiest country.

That's according to the Bloomberg Healthiest Country Index 2019, which saw Mediterranean-style diets could have played a role in their high rankings.

Four other European countries made the top 10, including Switzerland, Sweden and Norway.

The United States ranked 35.
