The UAE has confirmed 2,114 new cases of COVID-19 from 486,936 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,077 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 781,970.
Five patients have died, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,258.
A total of 853,651 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 69,423 are currently active.
