A strategy for People of Determination has been launched in the capital in a bid to create an "inclusive and enabling community".
Making the announcement on Saturday, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, said the Abu Dhabi Strategy for People of Determination aims to create an integrated system that provides high-quality services.
"(It) re-affirms our commitment to inclusion, equality and empowerment for all members of UAE society, upholding everyone’s right to participate fully and with dignity in our community," he wrote on Twitter.
The plan - which runs from 2020 to 2024 - will involve 30 initiatives across eight fields.
Six dedicated teams will oversee the plan and it will involve work in fields like health, education, sustainable financing and streamlined governance.
