The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature has launched its annual student competitions for 2016. Students from across the region, between the ages 8-18 years, can enter the Chevron Readers’ Cup and Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Center Qasidah par Coeur competitions. Organisers say both the poetry performance competition and the quiz continue to grow in participation every year with young people sharing their love of reading and writing. The Festival works hand in hand with the KHDA on the competitions and children can now register by visiting www.emirateslitfest.com.
