The Arab region will not be able to reposition itself economically unless its citizens are empowered. This according to experts at the Beirut Institute Summit in Abu Dhabi, who discussed the roadblocks the Arab region faces for improvement. Dr. Fawaz Al-Alamy, Chairman and CEO of Consulting House for Global Trade in Saudi Arabia says the best way to tackle the problems the region is facing is by reason rather than emotion. Experts at the Summit encouraged regional leaders to come together to find solutions for the said hurdles.
