COVID-19: 1,992 new cases in UAE from more than 232,000 tests

The UAE has confirmed 1,992 new cases of COVID-19 from 232,901 tests.

Another 2,169 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 405,647.

Meanwhile, seven more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,395.

A total of 426,397 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 19,355 are currently active.
