COVID-19: UAE announces 563 new cases, 314 recoveries

The UAE has announced 563 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 32,532.

It's the lowest number of new cases since May 8, when the country revealed 553 infections.

According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention, some 38,000 coronavirus tests were recently carried out across the UAE.

Meanwhile, 314 people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 16,685.

It was also confirmed that three people have died from the virus, bringing the total death toll to 258.
