COVID-19: UAE confirms 614 new cases; no deaths

The UAE has announced 614 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 72,154.

The number of recoveries has gone up to 62,668 after another 639 people were given the all-clear.

The death toll remains 387 as no fatalities have been reported over the past 24 hours.

This means that there are currently 9,099 active cases in the country.

According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), as many as 67,821 additional tests have been carried out across the Emirates.
