Dubai denies reports about requesting economic support

The Government of Dubai has denied reports claiming that it is in talks with Abu Dhabi for economic support.

News published in an international media outlet has suggested that Dubai is requesting assistance from the state fund Mubadala.

According to a statement by the Dubai Media Office, the publication allegedly released the news story without “investigating the accuracy of [the] claim” and verifying the information received from its source.
