EMAAR, Shell and Emirates are the most in-demand employers in the Middle East and North Africa. That’s according to a list compiled by professional networking site LinkedIn, which comprised 20 organisations. Etisalat and Etihad Airways also make the top ten, while Dubai Islamic Bank comes in at 16. Meanwhile the oil and gas sector was proven to attract the most talent, despite the current slump in oil prices, with Shell, Saudi Aramco and BP making it to the list. The head of LinkedIn Talent Solutions in the region, Ali Matar, explains how the companies were selected.
