India's national carrier will operate more flights out of the UAE and other Gulf countries for its citizens who wish to return home.
It's part of the fifth phase of the 'Vande Bharat' repatriation programme.
The Air India services will run between August 1 and 6 to select destinations that have not been revealed yet.
India's Civil Aviation Ministry said these flights will touch down at airports which were not included in the previous phases.
It's also soon expected to release a more detailed schedule of flights by other Indian carriers, include private ones.
Details about ticket bookings will be shared by @airindiain @FlyWithIX & other airlines shortly. It is our earnest effort to reach out to every stranded & distressed Indian & facilitate their evacuation & outbound travel. I request you to kindly exercise patience & bear with us.
