Residents can now ride with the Dubai Police Bikers Unit.

According to the emirate’s police force, the initiative comes as part of the ‘We Are All Responsible' campaign launched to support the fight against COVID-19.

This will give volunteers the chance to spread awareness on the necessary precautionary measures that will help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Members of the community will patrol the streets of Dubai on bikes to educate people on the importance of social distancing and distribute protective gear, such as masks, to those who aren’t wearing them in public.

To volunteer, an application form has been made available to residents via the Dubai Police mobile app.
