UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has praised the contributions of mothers globally to building a better world.
Writing on social media, His Highness wished a Happy Emirati Mother's Day to all those "raising generations of children with strength and determination".
He said he appreciated their efforts to "instill the values of love, kindness, and courage", that resonate far beyond their own families.
