The UAE has unveiled the 'Mother of the Nation 50:50 Vision', aimed at empowering Emirati women over the next 50 years.
The initiative, launched under the guidance of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the 'Mother of the Nation', positions Emirati women as key partners in national development and global leadership.
It focuses on three pillars: family and identity, governance and strategy, and international partnerships.
The 50:50 Vision also promises to enhance quality of life, ensure equal opportunities and empower women in cutting-edge fields like AI, climate and energy.
There is a strong focus on inclusion too, with new support programmes for senior women and People of Determination, plus efforts to elevate Emirati female voices on global stages.
With its eyes set on the UAE Centennial 2071 and beyond, the initiative strengthens a long-standing national commitment, ensuring that Emirati women remain at the heart of progress, both at home and around the world.
