England's hopes of lifting a first major trophy in over 50 years came to an end after their defeat to the Netherlands in the UEFA Nations League.

Ronald Koeman's side beat Gareth Southgate's 3-1 in extra time at the semi-finals in Portugal.

England had taken a first-half lead through Marcus Rashford's penalty but two defensive errors from their side gifted their opponents their second and third goals of the match.
