The UAE confirmed 1,189 new cases of COVID-19 from 218,163 tests on Sunday.
Another 1,419 people have been given the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 679,760.
Four patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 2,001.
A total of 701,776 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 20,015 are currently active.
The Ministry of Health conducts 218,163 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 1,189 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 1,419 recoveries and 4 death cases due to complications. #TogetherWeRecover
