The UAE confirmed 1,537 new cases of COVID-19 from 266,834 tests on Monday.
Another 1,492 people have been given the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 661,156.
Five patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,956.
A total of 683,914 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 20,802 are currently active.
