The smart service is being provided by Abu Dhabi's Department of Health (DOH) in collaboration with the capital's Public Health Center.

The new service includes a Chatbot to provide answers to people's questions about the virus and home isolation guidelines.

The free channel, which uses a verified WhatsApp business account, is available for everyone 24|7.
