AED 400 fine for covering car number plates in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Police have reminded motorists to ensure that vehicle number plates are clear and easily visible.

Posting on their official social media handle, the authority shared a photograph of a car, whose number plate was hidden by the bike rack.

They stressed that violators will face a fine of AED 400, with more than 5,000 motorists penalised over the last six months.
