Applicants can now automatically refund financial guarantees for both 30-day and 90-day single entry tourist visas to the UAE. According to national news agency WAM, the initiative by the Ministry of Interior aims to save applicants’ time through the smartphone app UAE-Mol. Customers can send direct requests for guarantee retrieval on the app. The ministry will refund the amount to the debit or credit card used by the customer for the online visa application payment. But if the visitor exceeds the allowable stay in the country, the applicant will not get the refund due to the violation.
