Dubai Tourism has demonstrated its high-tech way to drive progress towards the Tourism Vision for 2020 at GITEX. The “Social Media Listening Room” collects data from over 80 million online sources to discover relevant conversations among visitors. The move is part of the department’s aim of interacting with tourists to enhance their experience before, during and after travelling to the emirate. It’ll then allow them to create a model so they can provide quick and efficient services, which can be accessed on any smart device via the Visit Dubai website and app.
