Major infrastructure enhancement projects are being implemented in Dubai's Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) community.
A new road network will soon ease connectivity between JLT and Jumeirah Islands, while additional parking spaces will be created for visitors.
DMCC, the master developer of JLT, will also carry out more landscaping work, renovate the lakes in the community and improve the water quality.
In addition, several new sports and recreational facilities will be created for the 100,000 people that live, work and visit the community.
"This coming year promises to see the completion of several exciting projects, each of which will ensure that JLT can better serve its members, residents, investors and visitors," said Paul Ashton, Executive Director – Property at DMCC.
DMCC has announced completion of a range of enhancements in the #JLTCommunity, with plans to further upgrade the infrastructure and road network in 2022. Read more about the plans and new facilities focused on elevating the #JLT lifestyle: https://t.co/alT4E0B2Dp pic.twitter.com/5KqjcJgaJi
