In-person learning has been made mandatory for all private school students in Sharjah from next month.
The Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) said that physical attendance will be mandatory for pupils when the new semester starts in early April.
The decision was announced in coordination with the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA).
The SPEA added that the move comes in light of the "stability of the COVID-19 situation and high vaccination rate".
