Sharjah Ruler approves residential complex for Muhathab

His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has approved a AED 369-million residential project plan for the suburb of Muhathab.

The 366 residences will be developed under the Al Gitanah Residential Compound 1 project.

The details were revealed by Khalifa Musabah Al Tunaiji, Head of the Sharjah Housing Programme, during his talk on Sharjah Radio’s “Direct Line” programme.

More residential plans are being planned for Al Gitanah 3 and 5 during 2023.
