There are 229 new cases of COVID-19 in the UAE, which brings the total number of cases to 64,541.
According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), this comes after more than 71,000 tests were conducted nationwide.
The ministry has also announced that there are no new deaths caused by the virus in the last 24 hours, which means the death toll remains at 364 in the country.
Meanwhile, 100 people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 57,794.
There are currently 6,383 active cases in the UAE.
