The UAE's Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has called on private sector establishments to be flexible in their work patterns due to unstable weather conditions.

In a circular issued on Friday, the Ministry advised companies to apply remote work, depending on the nature of their business.

It also urged firms to exercise caution and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of their workers.

According to the National Centre of Meteorology, the weather is set to be highly unstable from Friday evening to Sunday noon with varying amounts of rain, lightning, thunder and occasional hailstorms.
